Dr. Abhishek Kumar (MBBS, MD Medicine, FICP, FIACM) has vast Clinical & Research experiences in Diabetes, Blood Pressure, Thyroid disorders, Cholesterol, Obesity & metabolic and infectious diseases from prestigious National and International institutions. He has received fellowship from prestigious Indian College of Physicians (API) and Indian Association of Clinical Medicine for his excellent academic and clinical contributions.

He has served various reputed institutions like AIIMS, Lady Hardinge Medical College and Associated Hospitals (SSK & Dr. RML) New Delhi, J N Medical College & Hospital, AMU Aligarh, Mahavir Arogya Sansthan Patna and IIT Patna as consultant physician since more than 15 years.

He has served Specialty Clinics viz. weekly Chest Clinic, Geriatric OPD and Thalassemia Clinic in LHMC & SSK Hospital New Delhi, weekly OPD of ART Centre (Under NACO) in LHMC & SSK Hospital, New Delhi and took lead in establishing weekly OPD “Diabetes & Hypertension Clinic” in AIIMS Patna.

He has held posts of Joint Secretary & Zonal member in Association of Physicians of India (Bihar Chapter), Secretary Clinical Cardio-diabetic Society of India (Bihar & Jharkhand Chapter), Joint Secretary and Research Committee Member of RSSDI & Delhi Diabetic Forum in previous years.

He has more than 50 academic publications in national/international journals and books. He is editor and reviewer of various medical books & Journals. He is faculty in various regional and national conferences and has delivered more than 100 lectures of medical teaching & public awareness across the country.
